The entire staff from Stephanie at reception to medical assistant Patricia to Dr Oh it is a friendly & comfortable environment. When Dr oh begins whatever procedure he is gentle and always aware of my comfort level while also being very focused. One year ago Dr Oh & medical assistant Patricia transformed my smile with veneers. I am so very happy with the results. I love my smile every morning when I look in the mirror first thing. The entire office visit lasted almost 2 hours. This visit obviously affected their office schedule, but Dr. Oh was non-plussed about the time requirement. Firstly the office fit me into their busy schedule sooner rather than later when they didn’t have to. Secondly, the dental options were explained to me clearly and in terms that I could understand. Thirdly, the time in the chair was made to be as little uncomfortable as possible. Fourthly, the procedure itself was not rushed through but done cautiously and with both long and short term consequences considered. Fifty, chair-side was warm and professional. Finally, a shout out to Dr. Oh, Patricia and Stephanie for turning what could have been a traumatic trip to the dentist, a not totally unenjoyable experience.
